What with the "needs a WH Shake-up" bullshit the media is selling? |
|
Edited on Wed Mar-15-06 08:34 PM by FrenchieCat
I mean, do they really think that things will be "all the better" if someone is replaced (who's name isn't Bush)?
What do they take us for?....these dumbass media Bush loving assholes!!
I mean, the "Need a Shake up" remedy is all over cable Jungle Teevee screens with the media hoes excusing Bush's low ass approval ratings! It's like they can barely believe it and seem very concerned! They are saying things like... other presidents were down that low, and left with higher ratings; that it's due to "fatigue" (of lying....if you ask me); that he has a lot on his plate, yada...yada...yada!
Meantime they only mention censure in dissing the Dems that won't stand with Feingold (which they fucking should....like now!)....but ignoring the actual issue of the Censure itself....What it means, how it works, the fact that there was a vote for censure when Clinton was in office, WHY it was even offered, etc..... Somehow, they can't find the words in actually providing information beyond making the Dems look even worse than normal (if that is even possible)!
I'm sick AND tired of the media covering for the assholes in our White House!
If we don't do something about this media, we are truly fucked!

2. It's the only card Bush has to play... |
|
the media is floating the trial balloon that all problems can be solved with a shifting of the key players. This will pave the way for Rove to leave for some other reason than an impending indictment in the Plame case. It will also grease the gears for a Cheney resignation and new v.p. appointment.
They're desperate. You can smell it in the air.

I laugh at them.....The media is sooooo complicit, that's it's just too scary!
Whatever the media say....I believe the opposite! It's my reflex position...

7. This HAS been the traditional "remedy" of administrations having shaky |

second terms, Republican OR Democratic.
Shrubco is the only one that has strongly taken the position that they are infallible, never have, never will, and can not make a mistake. So they would not use such a remedy.

They way they are selling this sounds like, please oh please, Bush, just get some new handlers. Just get a new propaganda master. Then maybe the polls will go back up and we can be confident that the lies we are shoveling down everyone's throat day after day-soldiers dying in Iraq are making us safer at home, we must spy to be safe, we must give up our liberties to be safe-we must torture to be safe-it's okay to go bankrupt for this folly of making over the middle east that these idiots won't give up on (YES it's a nice IDEA-peace Iraq spreads and CHANGES the whole region-we get all the oil we want-but it's a utopian fantasy-it's not reality) even though EVERYONE knows and is even saying it will not work-won't be so noticeble. The veil is being lifted.

9. I so agree with your post! They even discussed Clooney yesterday... |
|
Why? Because he was quoted as calling Dems spineless. What CAN we do about this media? They are the primary reason B* is in office!
