8. From snopes:
-As Brendan Nyhan revealed in an article at Salon.com, Enron CEO Kenneth Lay was never an overnight visitor at the White House during the Clinton adminstration. But, according to Nyhan, "Lay did, however, stay at the White House when George H.W. Bush was president."

- Those numbers, even if accurate, don't come close to matching what has been reported about Enron's contributions to George W. Bush and the Republican party, such as this item from The Hartford Courant:
Since 1989, the Houston-based energy broker and its employees have made more than $5.7 million in contributions to federal candidates and political parties, nearly three-quarters of it to Republicans. Enron was George W. Bush's biggest contributor in the 2000 presidential campaign.

Nor do they match what The New York Times uncovered:
Enron, Arthur Andersen and Vinson & Elkins, a Houston law firm, are among the most generous contributors to Mr. Bush's 2000 presidential campaign. Enron has given more than $700,000 to Mr. Bush since 1993; no company has given him more. In addition, Enron's chairman, Kenneth L. Lay, was one of the "pioneers," raising more than $100,000 for Mr. Bush's e-mail campaign, and he and his wife gave a total of $10,000 to Mr. Bush's Florida recount fund. Enron and Mr. Lay also contributed a total of $200,000 to Mr. Bush's inaugural festivities.

2. Chances are it is all just bullshit
I don't really feel like researching it, but what I would do is to send back an email that simply says "So?".

7. What struck me about this is
How it took two complaints of ours on the left use (That the press is controlled by the right, and the high rollers are in bed with the Repugs) and through them back in our faces.
It is intended to both rally it's hostile followers and to provoke us at the same time. And at the very least it will tie us up for even a few times with defending and exposing the lie of it all.

if it was a friend that sent me that I guess I would have to ask them if they believed it and if they did why.

9. After Reading Snopes Analysis...
It appears Enron contributed to both parties but disproportionately, and besides, it appears that Enron lied about how much they spent during the Clinton administration in order to cover up their tax faux pas. It also appears that they gave the Bush campaign over 5.7 million dollars vs $700,000 to Democrats entirely, and Lay never once spent the night at the WH while Clinton lived there. Also I might point out that Enron was in Texas while Bu$h was governor and this is where they actually went hog wild and had their insider influence WAY before Bu$h became president. Bu$h simply took them with him to squat with him turning the White House into a Whore House.

Neocons are just suckers, since they believe the the spewed lies of the Heritage Foundation who are nothing but a bunch of elitists. They think that anything that O'REAAAALY says is gospel(proof that Fox listeners are the most ill informed by Maryland University) and are mesmerized by such hot aired pontificates as Rush Limbaugh. Those of such ilk are just lying to cover up their Fuhrers flaws in order to enrich themselves and feed their greed at our expense. The loudest and richest among them are just hillbilly heroin hypocrites who believes that everybody but them should be imprisoned for their crimes, they are shoplifters, sexual harassers and loofa-armed predators of women. I use the word "predators" because the Heritage Foundation and these liars have been hounding poor families for decades, even though they are the ones paying more taxes porportionally, and are raising the next generation of cannon fodder for neocon wars.

My 2 cents
