Rice to stay as secretary of state |
|
The question being... why would the NFL want her? Has she ever been a successful business executive. We are talking about running a huge financial organization. The NFL commissioner is all about getting a room of billionaires to agree on rules, money transactions between clubs, and labor negotiations. As Rice shown any ability in any of these areas? She is a divisive person in a divisive administration that has no ability to respect unions let alone negotiate successfully with them. She is use to getting her way and has not shown any ability to get a compromise between any parties. Let alone parties that have a equal level say in transactions. Her major accomplishments to date are: Not preventing 9/11, attacking a country that was not involved in 9/11 and getting Mangos for Nuclear secrets. I wouldn't want her to run my towel room let alone my league.
Condoleezza Rice, a bona fide football fan, is not applying for the newly opened post of NFL commissioner -- not now, anyhow, her spokesman said carefully on Monday. "She thinks football is the greatest sport on earth, but even if she were approached for the job -- which she has not been -- she would have to decline," Sean McCormack said. "She still has many things she wants to accomplish as secretary of state," he said.
