The utter weakness and corruption of Congress makes the Founding Fathers spin in their graves. The unchecked overreaches of the Executive make them spin in their graves.

Sen. Byrd wrote an excellent book on the Roman Republic, and the absolute necessity of a Legislative branch that keeps the Executive in check.

I need to dig up the entire list so I can see just what laws he has decided to disregard.
