It really feels like they are just taking testimony from people based on interpretation of statute, but FEIN really gets to the heart of it.... We have no information or regarding the effectiveness or any of the supposed intelligence obtained under this program... We know NOTHING, but the cowardice and utter loyalty of the Senate to their chief even when Bush's own statements are contradicting of each other which indicates HE KNEW he was not within the law.

Imagine an expert at a trial making a conclusionary statement, with out knowing the first thing about the subject.

How can they say the program is not illegal, when they don't know who is being wiretapped. They presume its Al-queda, BUT NOBODY KNOWS.

As a side note, what the hell is the the government going to do if the some OBL calls a us citizen and tell him to go ahead and blow up a building? They can't use the wiretap in court, because it's illegal top wiretap a US citizen without a court order.

Lastly, no one has yet explained why the FISA court is useless. No one. Not one good explanation has been giving.
