The Fantasy Dream of Multinational Globalists,is that we will ALL RELOCATE
Edited on Sat Apr-01-06 06:54 PM by KoKo01
They've made it clear since the DLC ran Clinton on NAFTA PASSAGE and the "Dot Com Bubble & Real Estate Bubble" gave us time to get our laughable American Priorities Straight.

Globilization means that if you will be FORCED to go where the jobs ARE and Relocate Internationally if your degree and skills allow you to.

The WORLD/GLOBAL is your Oyster ...if you have the competitive skills. And the Bushies and the DLC all are telling us this. That "some of us" haven't seen the "Graffiti on the Wall" is more OUR FAULT...than THEIRS.

It's been OUT THERE...yet most of us Dems thought it was a fake Repug Program that Elections for Dems would Solve.

Yet our two term President Clinton was Co-Opted into putting NAFTA into Law the minute he was elected. And, all DEMS after Clinton have supported NAFTA and now CAFTA while the job drain has been ongoing since this legislative fiasco.

A simple Google shows the failures of NAFTA...but I'm sure a "simple Google" might show the BUSH/DLC/GLOBALIST Propaganda of SUCCESSES of NAFTA if I had chose to do a search. I chose to do a search that's biased from my OWN Perspective! But, I think we as Dems need to look at the Dark Side of this...

1. Kick & thanks for all the googling.
These SHAFT-A pacts are at the heart of what the good ole U S of A has done to displace hard-working people of the Americas and in effect, create "illegals". Not many even cared when CAFTA slid thru, despite the angry shouts from organized labor and the working classes of all the affected nations. It was hard to raise a peep of concern, even here at DU...just more "fair" trade agreements, business as usual.

People wonder what the Republicans have up their sleeve, well it's the same damn card our government has always played...imperialist capitalist expansion and doing it either legally, thru corrupt trade agreements or militarily, it will be done or this system will go the way of every other flawed plan that depends on the sweat of millions to benefit a privileged few.
