Official "Guy James Show" thread.-kick please-John Dean tomorrow!
Edited on Tue Apr-04-06 01:07 PM by BeachBuckeye
Hey, lets all celebrate this day together! The BUGMAN is outta here!! I must admit I thought I'd never see the day. This just proves that all the little people banding together can bring pressure to bear on a rat like DeLay. What is the REAL truth about him leaving? Being a good guy to help his Party? Pleeeeeezzze!

We'll have Melanie Sloan from C.R.E.W. with us today. She is the executive director of Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington. Of course, we'll be talking to her about the nasty weasel from Texas who is leaving congress.

Oh, before I forget, we are having John Dean as our guest tomorrow. Yes, THAT John Dean! He is always a fascinating guest and if you have any specific questions for him please e-mail me at guyjames@theguyjamesshow.com

Call in today toll-free and tell us your feelings about Tommy boy bailing. Is there more to the story than him saving face by not losing an election? Or, is there something bad about to hit the news about the Bugman? I favor the latter.

Anyway, lets hear from you today. 866-546-5254 toll-free and listen live at www.theguyjamesshow.com

Don't forget you can always hear archived shows at Ben's fabulous whiterosesociety.org

Guy

3. I am happy about DeLay
However I would have liked to see him humiliated at the polls, I will accept this as well, though.

6. The question I'd like to hear Dr. Dean respond to...
"When the 2008 Democratic Party Presidential candidate gets swiftboated by Karl Rove...and we know they WILL, what's the plan to respond?"

Guy, I've talked to you about this before on the air. I remember the month that passed by without a John Kerry response to the swift boat slander. I remember when the question of "What's he going to do" got raised on DU, and I remember the responses to those posts: "Shut the F**K UP, Kerry KNOWS WHAT HE'S DOING!"

That's great, but it's been 17 months since the November 2004 elections and I still can't explain the month of silence. If you want to believe Newsweek, Kerry spent the month expressing his frustrations to his wife and daughters and showing his displeasure with his campaign team.

Maybe it's a question that Dr. Dean can't be asked without it seeming accusatory or offensive. But I want to know that if the Democratic Party is going to ask for a commitment of time, effort and money, they have a plan to deal with Karl Rove in 2008 that looks nothing like the plan they used in 2004.

:patriot:
