A long list of foods to avoid (HFCS related)
I was browsing the web and came across this:

http://www.accidentalhedonist.com/index.php/2005/06/09/foods_and_products_containing_high_fruct

It's a pretty large list of items a lot of you probably have in your cabinets, fridges, etc. They all have high-fructose corn syrup in them. I never knew so many foods had it in there. Oh well, I do almost all my shopping at Trader Joe's anyway, and very few things there have HFCS. I just thought I'd post this for everyone to see if you haven't already seen it.

I heard Splenda is getting recalled. Someone said the local news was advertising a story about it at 11:00 and I missed it.
I use it in my three cups of coffee a day. I hope it's not too poisonous.

4. I can't imagine why any of those foods are in anyone's cupboards.
They're all fake, artificial, plastic, loaded with chemicals and flavorings. Nothing there is natural, real or healthy for you, at ALL. It's all pointless calories and toxic, cancerous substances.

Aside from the BBQ sauces, I haven't had any of those foods in my house in over a decade. And we're not vegetarian; we don't eat exclusively organic and I'm not a health food nut. We just eat simply and naturally.

People spend too much time watching teevee and thinking they have to buy the nasty crap pawned in the commercials... I can't imagine why people eat that crap otherwise. This whole thing makes no sense.

5. I can't believe that THIS food item has high fructose corn syrup!

Kellogg's SpongeBob SquarePants™ Cereal

Who would have thought?

I get a sugar buzz just watching that show for five minutes!

(You know what would go good with another helping of high fructose corn syrup? RIPPED PANTS!!!)

;)
