Does anyone feel a terrorist attack coming on?
Will something happen before mid-terms? Is it time for the "Hail Mary" pass?

4. Terror *scares*, yes- but an attack? No way.
Another big attack on US soil would be the end of this administration. If I may pervert an already perverted phrase, "Katrina changed everything".

5. Frankly ...
If it would have happened a year ago, while they were still flying high, and the R party was in total concert, with reasonable public support, they could have done what they wanted, even marshall law ...

BUT, public opinion has turned too far, and the R party is too fractured ... Frainly, if a there was a domestic terror attack, it would lead to civil unrest that would force this crew out of the white house ... Seriously ... They have held this country hostage for 5 years now based on fearing them terrorists, and along the way justified every possible unethical, unreasonable, illegal activity on their need to keep us safe ... With the sheep now awake, they would look at the back end of a terrorist attack, and realize they sold out for nothing, and Bushco would pay IN TOTAL for using terra, terra, terra as a political hammer for five years ...
