All these others are amateurs compared to him. They're all well known liars; but he actually has spent time in jail for perjury (see, that's a proper qualification for lying), as well as being a Conservative MP and candidate for Mayor of London. He has lied about being caught shoplifting in Canada; about attending Oxford University; he has plagiarised short stories; he has been caught using inside information about a company of which his wife was a director to trade on the stock market. And he's still a member of the British House of Lords, so he gets to vote on legislation for the rest of his life.
