8. Here are the Q and A (Bush v. Gore lawsuit)
Sen. Kohl: Was the Supreme Court correct to take this case in the first place?

Alito: ****He's not answering*** ***crickets***

"I really don't know. I really haven't studied this case in the way a judge would."

Sen. Kohl: I want an opinion of the conditions of your heart. ... Were thery correct in taking the case.

Alito: There is the issue of taking the case and how they decided it as well...I really haven't studied it...

:grr:

This guy is apparently the blankest slate ever. :sarcasm:

Everything he has ever thought will be disregarded when he sits on the court. He can't offer any clue as to what his opinion might be. It doesn't matter what he's ever wrote or ruled. None of it.

"So, up to this point, all we are left with is an unresponsive witness and a fifteen year judicial record of troubling decisions when it comes to protecting individual rights and the interests of the American people."

do the RWers DuhLito cow-tows to have in it's place...NOTHING. The rich will always get reproductive medical treatment INCLUDING ABORTIONS, if it requires travel to states that retain abortion allowances after a Row defeat. These extremist Royal Families have no conscience, no concern for rape victims, for incest victims or for late term complications UNTIL IT HAPPENS TO THEM.
AND then money will solve their personal family's problems.

106. Alito has always been
a contrarian. He made his name by dissenting from any majority view, even when he was the only dissenter.

He sees a red sign and says its only red on the side you see, and its probably blue undereath the red paint therefor the sign is blue. Thats his way of thinking, a dangerous extreme whacko who cannot be trusted to do whats right. He makes his opinions fit around his ideology. Dangerous.
