Nearly 600 workers at Norwood Hospital in Boston joined the SEIU this week. It’s the third hospital in the Caritas Christi Health Care system to unionize this year.

1. Will they be able to get health care benefits for their same-sex partners now?
After Massachusetts legalized gay marriage, Caritas Christi switched to a federal PPO plan, so they wouldn't have to cover same-sex married partners.

Other companies that did that are Cumberland Farms and The Salvation Army.
