March 14: In a video conference with U.S. military personnel, President Bush attempted to romanticize the war. However, Gen. Petraeus claims Iraqi leaders are not making requisite progress. Author Paul Rieckhoff discusses.

4. I have an explanation of how Bush could say such a thing.
He has checked out of this plane of reality.

He lives in a parallel universe where torture is effective, moral and cool.

Where a representative government that listens to the people literally means he's going to listen in on every thing you say and that's OK.

Where regulation by the government is acceptable when it comes to telling you who to sleep with, how you're allowed to prevent procreation or not, and whether or not you can use medically prescribed marijuana but it cannot tell a business to stop polluting, make a work place safe or make sure the products it puts out into the market are safe.

He may be "sprinting to the finish" in terms of his administration. But as far as being a moral human in this reality;

Mr. Bush has left the building.
