That seemed like a fairly current clip but I thought he was going to be on today's show.
Do they pre record the interviews or something?
I've not watched that show more than a few times.

I just had wrongly guessed that it was always live.
The lucky ladies must really like their perpetual 3 day weekends I'll bet.

8. So why did he not leave a year ago? |
|
He and his campaign knew of Wrights potential damage at least by then? This statement will keep this thing alive even longer now.

16. We don't know when Wright was asked to resign or |
|
what process and negotiation the church went through prior to his leaving. Wright probably had a lot of supporters in that church as well as a lot of critics. Knowing how churches of that kind work, there was probably quite a struggle about his leaving. They church also had to choose a successor. That takes a lot of time.

14. Every time I see him, I think of Bush. He makes Bush look awful. |
|
He's a good-looking man who's smart, articulate, interesting, curious, and seems to listen pretty well. He's everything our current president isn't, and every time he's on tv, it's hard not to compare them.

Beyond telling the American people straight-up what his top three priorities would be once he takes office, his best line was that he would still be friends with Hillary after the nomination was decided. That was a very healing thing to say.
Also, his other explanations were very thoughtful and presidential.
My admiration for him was only enhanced with this appearance.
