Some people waited in the Oregon sun for 7 hours for good spots!

"You and I together, we will change this country and we'll change the world."

3. Most mail-in ballots are already cast. If this is any indication
Multnomah County and the suburbs, Clackamas and Washington Counties, will be Obamaland.
Lane County, Eugene, has a considerable grass roots Obama effort too.

6. I haven't turned in my ballot yet.
And I will be voting for Obama. I predict he'll win by 10 points.

4. I've done some calculations.
And while there is still a few unknowns, I'd say there is a good chance you are right.
Just hope he crosses the 2,44658 threshold so we can call a 3 point victory.

GRESHAM, Ore. - Hours before being greeted by the biggest crowd of his campaign, Democrat Barack Obama quietly told a small group of seniors Sunday that Republican John McCain would threaten the Social Security they depend on because he supports privatizing the program. Fire officials estimated 65,000 packed into a riverside park for a spectacular afternoon rally at a sun-splashed scene on the banks of the Willamette River in Portland. They said an additional 15,000 were left outside and dozens of boaters could be seen floating in the river.

"Wow, wow, wow," Obama said as he surveyed the audience. .....
