A woman whose husband is stationed overseas (Marine) was raped and petitions the judge to allow her to have an abortion. Her husband doesn't know about the rape and will return in 6 months -- when she will be 6 months along with a pregnancy caused by rape. She says that it will destroy what is left of her life. The Judge says that the law allows abortion only when the woman's life is in immediate danger and that her situation does not merit an exception. Sorry.
