2. 'Me First', is the more appropriate Republican slogan.
And 'Country First' is just a stupid slogan that no one but the pathetic, dick-waving armchair fascists will buy.

4. Okay. I for one actually admire him for owning up to what
politicians do all the time. HOWEVER, he's using this as a red herring which keeps us from looking at all the OTHER times he's made statements and taken actions purely for political gain. He's still doing it now.

5. ahh... he is so open and forthcoming about his perpetual dishonesty
the mark of someone who, like everyone else in the world,
is actually a good person way, way down deep.. somewhere...

cursed, and blessed, like everyone else in the world, to know
what the right thing is... way, way down deep... somewhere... even
if he doesn't act on it

6. From McCain and his lobbyists, I'd believe something like "Countrywide first!"
Phil Gramm may be gone, be not forgotten.

10. If its Country First, then to I have to ask...
What is Country? The way that phrase is worded it sounds like they're trying to say Country Music first. I love these keep of phrases (pause, not), I guess Don McCain will just have to repeat it until the propaganda sinks in. The sad thing is that people will buy in to it.
