Some video of todays town-hall meeting in Racine, Wisconsin, where a young lady tells McDumbass that Obama "terrifies me." She urged McWhatthehelliswrongwiththesepeople to "call him on every shot," and not let Obama get away with "anything." Then there is an old lady that is basically crying because she is so grateful for McCain's service.

Where do they find these people!

but McCain is creepier. He responds to the young lady by saying nothing at all, as usual. It's probably as much as she can handle. :eyes:

all hope might be lost for the US.

I certainly will be deeply saddened, but after the last 2 presidential elections, I am certainly preparing for the possibility.

20. Saddened? I'll be fucking outraged!
It will be proof of yet ANOTHER stolen election!

No way Obama can lose with all the support he has. The repugs are so transparant. They are not acting like someone who has a snowball's chance. Their tactics are those of a desperate bunch trying to cling to power. They have to try every dirty trick to keep the WH.

24. Check out the down home station's "reporting" of the town hall.
Edited on Thu Jul-31-08 10:49 PM by nc4bo
(Not for the weak of stomach - it describes the entire townhall from the dogsniffing dogs in the beginning to the nauseating finale.)

Dang, can't keep it to myself, Mr. Ryan Dietz, reporter extraordinaire, has really outdone himself with this stretch:

1:07 p.m. McCain said it’s time for Republicans and Democrats to get together and talk about their issues. This made me realize just how close the candidates are on their issues. Many of the things that both Senators Obama and McCain say are very similar, just said in different ways. The major issues are energy, the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the economy. Obviously, both candidates want to put an end to the war with a positive ending. They both want to create renewable energies (McCain referred to the Chevrolet Volt, which runs on electricity). They both want to create an economic upturn. It’s simply the ways that they each want to solve these problems that sets them apart. After roughly an hour of questions and answers, the event wraps up to a standing ovation and just another day on the campaign trail.

No wonder these people are sooooooo confuZed.

ETA: Had paper on the brain, it's tv (slaps self in head) lol

I don't believe I have ever stopped half way through a video clip here. But for the first time ever, I could NOT watch that all the way through. Assholes like them make me think maybe we should elect John McInsane, because maybe that's the best Amerika deserves. On second though, fools like that terrify me!

Edited to add the last sentence, because NOBODY deserves John McInsane.
