Rudy Guliani had one method of cleaning up NY... make everybody brown a suspect. Oh, and those clamp downs worked out great for Iraqis, especially the hundreds that have been killed by the "coalition" military and private contractors(/mercenaries) for absolutely no good reason.

this comment at the Urban League of all places ... this really illustrates that McSame's knee-jerk

Who decides who the "known" criminals are! what is the crime that they are known for, who decides where the line is drawn. Do we kill all potheads, how about those unruly bastards that deface the subways or public properties, sone of which is really interesting art. While we are at it maybe some of the art in the museums constitutes criminal obscenity, is that a crime for the kill list. McSame must have had some of the bush arrogance rub off on him while he was sucking something. These people are just crazy.
