1. Obama can handle heat because he knows his positions and believes them to be correct and beneficial.

2. Why does this sort of exchange not occur with Bush or Cheney or McCain? I suspect because, and the exception may be Cheney, they are incapable of real response and debate due to lack knowledge and committment to understand for themselves what the realities are.

I would like Ralston to invite and confront McCain with equal ferver.

2) It gives me hope that an articulate, intelligent, well-versed individual will be our ambassador to the world very soon

He completely kicked that guys ass! He didn't let him get away with any of the usual tricks played by conservatives; the interrupting, the misrepresenting, the straw men, etc. He called all the bullshit out and dealt with it. What a great thing to see.
