Worldwide exclusive from an amateur! The truth is here people. Time to let them have it. There's so much red meat available on Palin. It's like the gift that will keep on giving.

17. Important message.
Unfortunately, multiple spelling errors do make the producer appear less intelligent and amateurish, and therefore the message is diminished.

Sorry, but that's the fact. In a visual presentation, appearances count for a great deal.

The content is excellent and I would send this to everyone on my list -- if the spelling and grammatical errors were fixed.

6. Devestating facts, but there was an even more devestating interview...
Edited on Fri Aug-29-08 10:43 PM by Stapz
Right now I am searching for the video of an interview I have just watched on PBS's "The News Hour w/ Jim legrer"

Three colleagues of Gov. Palin were interviewed and spoke bluntly of their personal experience with McCain's VP nominee.
-Kaylene Johnson author of Palin biography "Sarah"
-Michael Carey of the Anchorage Daily News
-Lindsey Holmes (D) AK State Rep

**Must See This Interview**

Issues discussed were Palin's experience or lack thereof, her co-operation with colleagues, and achievements on the Oil Commision.

7. a few corrections:
Her husband IS a union memeber

The check the residents receive is from revenue from oil leases paid to the state. When Alaska joined the union it was not paid for it's mineral rights as all the other states were when they joined the union. The Feds said if anyone finds anything we'll let you keep 90% of the revenue from teh rights (figuring it would be cheaper than paying by the acre up front). The Permanent Fund is where the oil lease money goes and the residents receive a very small percetage of the interest accrued on the Perm Fund. So the check (a dividend check) is actually from the interest earned. If they quit leasing tomorrow, the Perm Fund would still pay out.

I don't think you listed she is pushing home schooling and pushing teaching creationism (If I missed that, I apologize)

9. Response....
While her husband is a union member she still advocates against unions by her membership in the Republican Party and her actions, or lack there of, to protect workers not only in Alaska but potentionaly nationwide.

As for the system of Alaska's Perm Fun, you said it best in your first line.... "The check the residents receive is from revenue from oil leases paid to the state." So the state just disburses the money from oil companies. Same thing.

I didn't list creationism or home schooling because that's for someone elses video. Like I said, the gift that keeps on giving. :-)

21. She did visit Alaska national guard troops in Kuwait
but did not actually go to Iraq or Afghanistan proper.

Looks like she was in Kuwait in July of 2007.

8. Damn good video!
This woman's complete lack of qualifications or ethics should in itself be enough to sink McCoot given that, as the video points out, he could well die leaving this clueless, ethically challenged bimbo to serve as president.

12. It's a good start, but you need to tighten it up
and not have any of the facts wrong. Her husband does not currently work for BP. I'm not sure of the other facts, but any errors could back fire.

14. You might want to use the word 'alleged' a little more
around the ethics investigation.

I wonder how her constituents feel now that she is pretty much jumping ship.

15. Actually, not alleged....
From her Wiki:

Palin said that members of her staff had made contact with public safety officials regarding the trooper, though she said that her staff's contacts with the commission were not directed by her and she had little knowledge of them.

18. No.
"Because he refused to fire her former Brother in-law, Alaska State Trooper Mike Wooten. The trooper had divorced Palin's sister."

This is alleged:
"Because he refused to fire her former Brother in-law, Alaska State Trooper Mike Wooten."

This is fact:
"The trooper had divorced Palin's sister."

If both were known facts, there wouldn't be any need for an ethics investigation. It would either be dropped, or she would be censured for inappropriate use of her office.

19. at this late hour this is all I could find
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sarah_Palin#Family_and_personal_life . I saw more earlier in the day. From what I can remember, he quit in order to quiet conflict of interest claims.....although it was a bit late for that.

Nice vid. The music is "The Death Theme" from the Untouchables by Enrico Morricone. You should add the Video text to the description in Youtube.
