Also, McCain is one of the biggest fucking advocates of the US military being a "force of imperialism." This isn't rhetoric. Look at his words and his record. It is most certainly not an outcome he tries to avoid, as he implies in this excerpt. In reality, it is one that he works day and night to achieve and strengthen.

2. He is an advocate of it |
|
So much so that he was endorsed by Bill Kristol over Bush in 2000.
Hey you know, I think it's uncalled for to wish for somebody's death like that, I have to respectfully disagree with your language there. The rest of your post is right on though.

4. Yeah, many people forget that point about the Kristol endorsement. It speaks volumes. |

we've got Palin... yes, Palin, as our President! Terrifying indeed. Yes, more terrifying than McCain, IMO.

3. McCain is a threat to the US. Does the Bush Doctrine apply? |
|
Gotta preempt McCain by getting the vote out for Obama.

6. Guilty until proven innocent. |
|
The burden is not on America to justify the war...the burden is on Saddam Hussein (or whoever we choose to invade) to prove that they are innocent of our charges. Of course, we are the judge as well as the prosecutor, so mere actual innocence is fruitless. With our military toys, an obsequious media, and a paranoia-drenched electorate, we inhabit a very privileged position indeed. Is this the real America? Time to choose.
