It has all the sophistication of veggie tales. I have a cousin in one of those groups. And believe me, once you've heard "My God, is an Awesome God" 20 times, that is repeated 20 times over and over in the song, you've heard it forever.

11. I'll say this though...

It's not easy to do that kind of tight jazz harmony of the type you find in that music and the Lawrence Welk ilk.

While yes, as music it is awful, it's not as easy to perform as you might think.

As a VP candidate, Palin is abysmal, but the fact that she can sing and dance takes her out of the "total loss as a human" category IMHO.

5. The back-story was stupid and overdone

The gray pop-ups described one woman as being a prostitute killed by her pimp, and another committing suicide when she learned of Palin's nomination for veep. If you click the link, it's obviously an Onion-style knock-off.
All I think as needed was the video - and that in itself is pretty harmless to Palin. I'm not defending Palin here, I just think the other stuff was sophomoric.
