To say that the legislature has no oversight of the White House is ridiculous. That is basic Civics, Civics 101, Civics for Dummies.

I think they are about to come unraveled. Tony was losing his composure with Harry Smith, and evading answering questions. They're beginning to fall apart pretty quickly.
