During an interview with the Des Moines Register, John McCain states that he 'has always aspired to be a dictator.'

He meant DICTATOR. Full clip (second clip) here: http://www.desmoinesregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?category=videonetwork

Yet another piece of evidence that McSame is a dangerous man.

PLEASE DIGG IT! http://digg.com/2008_us_elections/John_McCain_I_ve_always_aspired_to_be_a_dictator?OTC-em-st1

PLEASE RATE IT UP ON YOUTUBE: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i7Hcf7Q1Q9A

It's up to us to get the word about this reckless "maverick." Remember, it was bomb, bomb Iran McCain who scolded Obama during the debate for making "dangerous" and "irresponsible" comments that threaten our diplomatic relations.

Thanks!

3. Should see all of the interview also
This is most damning quote but later on he gets pretty testy to gentle questions on whether he ever had any
healthcare not paid by taxpayers in his life.

12. Got pretty testy on questions of his ads, as well.
And outright asserted that the legislation Obama supported was to teach sex education to very young children, and got flat angry when he was questioned AGAIN about it. You could see his jaw clench.

These ads were clearly debunked by Factcheck.org.

11. Jeff Gannon? Prescott Bush's attempted Nazi overthrow of FDR? Election fraud voting machines?
Yes, I'm sure we'll hear this SOUNDBITE all over the news, just like all the other salacious stories the media isn't interested in.

15. Lizard Tongue
Edited on Wed Oct-01-08 09:58 AM by satyr9us
Watch the second-to last http://www.desmoinesregister.com/apps/pbcs.dll/section?category=videonetwork">Demoines-Register clip... then wait for McCain to mention how he thinks Palin is qualified... he does this truly creepy thing where he's hunching forward and he just sort of juts his tongue out very quickly... "and I'm proud of my supporters, and I'm VERY proud of my running mate" -- FLICK!SLURP! -- before saying anything else... he does the same thing earlier when he's talking about his supposed proof of Obama's supposed support for sex education in kindergarten... but in that instance he's just leaning back and rocking in his chair, flexing his arms out defiantly...

Nate Silver at FiveThirtyEight.com has a http://www.fivethirtyeight.com/2008/09/tongue-jut.html">great analysis of this tic, comparing it against studies of poker players performed by an FBI agent... basically the lizard-tongue-flick is a tell: it means the tongue-flicker just got away, or thinks he got away, with something-- a deception or a bluff. He's proud of himself in that moment and he's readying himself for the next round.

Let's call this bluff: McCain knows his running mate is a stack of cards, and he knows Obama's smarter and more informed and more honest than he is-- but he also knows, or thinks he knows, that if you play to the fears and the ignorances and the petty prejudices of ordinary Americans, you can make them second-guess their own judgment.

Not this time, Johnny.
