who voted for that oaf, I get really scared. He was such a pathetic candidate and seeing those clips I remember why I was appalled by him back then. I had no idea how bad a president he would be.

They thought Jeb would win but George wouldn't. Sadly we've had to pay for George feeling the need to save face with his family, especially his father. Now we have John McCain who also has father-approval issues and has to proved something. Why can't these guys just go to an analyst?

he would be a fairly ineffectual, but mostly harmless one-term president. I figured I would just have to suck it up and wait until 2004 for a return to sanity. I had no idea how bad he could be. Now those same misfits that voted for GW are all starry-eyed over Palin. Our country has turned into one big reality TV show.

Without even knowing exactly how or why, but I knew he was going to start a war with Iraq. I know 1000 times more now than I did then, but I had this guy effing pegged right off. Another chickenhawk Republican hot for war so they can make up for the years they were getting swirlies in junior high or daddy was disappointed in his weakling little son etc.
