14. What this video describes strikes me as the very essence of our whole corrupted system.

Corporations and wealthy individuals bribe congress or the executive to overturn laws regulating their industries so they can clean up, and in the end it's the little guy left holding the bill. My sense of it is the entire system is corrupted to the core.
