2. My prediction -

Those ads are pretty skanky - but we'll see what the debate offers.

I'm guessing at the debate that McCain is going to propose a flat tax to shake up the election and see if he can get any momentum after the economic meltdown. We'll see what happens, but it's October 15 when a lot of people have their taxes due if they got an extension so he may use that as a point of departure.

We'll see - I've been surprised how out of touch he's been thus far, but he has been trying to claim something 'reformer' ish and the tax man is everyone's 'enemy' so he might have angled it as a way to get folks motivated to be on his side. (the enemy of my enemy is my friend)

We'll see.
