MSNBC Countdown w/ KEITH OLBERMANN - Oct. 16, 2008: Some older women at Palin's Rally (McCain/Palin Supporters) beat up on some young guys who support Barack Obama. Also, Ayers and ACORN with Richard Wolffe of Newsweek.

Because as I understand it the only Americans killed by the Weathermen were themselves.

7. What I remember about the Weathermen is they blew themselves up in Dad's townhouse...

It was a horrible, horrible explosion that took out the entire townhouse and shredded the young people who were playing chemistry in the basement while the parents were away. The descriptions of the carnage were so graphic I still remember it.

They may have had big plans for the revolution, but that was the end of them. I honestly don't remember any of the other mayhem they did or did not do. There was a lot of violence going on at the time.

This guy Ayres has clearly paid his debt to society by reforming and working within the system over a lifetime, doing good in his community. He had a trial, and US Attorney General John Mitchell screwed up so bad even Ayres' old prosecutor spoke out recently and said the jury was right to let Ayres go.

The McCain campaign has painted a bullseye on his back for a generation who knows nothing about him except a name. I hope the man survives without either an assassination attempt or suicide.
