2. Obama Barn

That was cool, a short but powerful ad that captures the essence of a new era in Virginia. I am proud to see my fellow citizens coming out of the closet.

4. and that Obama isn't anti gun

pretty cool seeing the dude with the shotguns or rifles. takes some brave AMERICANS to do that with the Republicans and the NRA.

That brings up one question though. Can someone email me a link or something on Obama's stance on semi automatics. My brother was a big Howard Dean fan (having actually met him once) but at some point after 2004 he became extreme right wing. He voted Republican this year on the basis of the bullshit the NRA is giving him that Obama intends to ban all semi automatic guns. Which as far as I've read simply isn't the case. In one sort it's a semi automatic pistol and everything else is registrations stuff.


and isn't McCain against gun shows. I heard that was the reason the NRA waited until October to endorse McCain. That they disagree with his stance on gun shows. I don't know what that is.

(still getting over the fact my brother is a card carrying NRA member. has his own $500 Remington shotgun bit green in color with a thumbhole I believe. Feels good in my hand. but rather have fun with the German Mauser we inherited from grandpa. Let alone the Japanese rifle with a bullet hole in it. O_O uh..... it's falling apart but still where'd he find that???)

See thats what happens when a gun fan like grandpa has to go to a VA home and the VA forces the children to sell the house eventually. Are shotgun shells from the 1920-1930's even safe to store? o_O Good collectors item no doubt but I really don't wanna stick one in a vice and hit the end with a nail. :P to find out if they are any good.

Gun rights are HUGE down here, Jim Webb is well liked, that add will go far.

Just hope Biden don't start bragging about authoring the incredibly hated Semi-Automatic rifle ban.
