It's rare, but I have to disagree with Cenk on the "pristine" quality of Fitzgerald. That fuck named Rove should have been prosecuted and my gut is telling me that Fitzgerald could have indicted him after the second, third OR fourth interview under oath. (I'm just sayin'.) Other than that, at this point, no one should be defending Blagojevich. So Cenk's assessment seems on target.

3. Fitzgerald did NOT get the job done w/ the Plume prosection
he never got at the real crime.

He's all about the hyped press conference & nothing about the honest conviction in the courtoom.
