3. The comment that Obama could have had more repugs on his side
if they had released polling numbers earlier is telling.
Did our team allow the repugs to put themselves in this position intentionally?
If so what a brilliant move!
A comment earlier reminded Scar that all the repugs voted against Clintons economic recovery act back when and the result was a decade of growth, balanced budget, and a surplus to boot.
History repeats again, Dems are always coming in to rescue us after repugnant thievery.

4. Chuck Todd was the reporter that asked Obama at the news conference
the question that included a false premise, we are where we are because the American people were spending too much, lol. Obama picked up on that right away when he answered correcting Todd and placed the blame where it should be. If Todd is suggesting that Obama should have used a news conference sooner than later I would agree, only because I felt other Dems, especially the Blue Dogs and other surrogates did a lousy job watching Obama's back this last week. Imo, Obama has been his own best advocate on this bill, and it ticks me off he has to shoulder most of it by himself.
