Bill Ayers was invited last year (before he was tied to Obama by Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin) to speak at one of our local colleges, Millersville University, on the subject he is renowned for: urban education. For months, conservatives here in Lancaster County were OUTRAGED that the man was coming to speak. Despite widespread calls to rescind the speaking invitation, Ayers came, and he was able to sit down with a local reporter to talk frankly about his past. Interesting stuff.
