1. That would be change that we could believe in.
Of course, Barack Obama could tell the Fed to release the information, plus generally open the bailout to public eyes.

The bucket-shop loophole must be closed. The evil genie should go back in the bottle.

Will Obama re-criminalize these financial weapons by pushing for repeal of the CFMA? This should be a no-brainer for Obama, who, before becoming a community organizer in Chicago, worked on Wall Street, studied derivatives, and by now undoubtedly knows their destructive power.

The bottom line in this scandal is that fantastically wealthy entities positioned themselves to make unfathomable fortunes by betting that average Americans - Joe Six-Packs and hockey moms - would fail.

4. I like the sound of that democracy in motion, even if Reid takes issue with that, too bad.>

5. What an excellent discussion of the banking 'crisis'...
I clicked on the link.. watched the entire show. Mr. Greider was right on target.. from the basic problem to the proposed cure.

In short, we are in the death grips of Corporate America and their lackey politicians, who socialize the problems and privatize the profits. It's all 'gonna explode one of these days.

The corruption and greed of the Bankster/Gangsters is overwhelming.

I wonder if anyone in CONgress saw this interview?
