And his opinion of Carter is a lot lower.

Now having heard the whole interview, Cenk did well. I propose a different take on Carter- that was the beginning of the right wing spin machine. Carter, according to the media, could do nothing right and was mocked as no republican or democratic president ever was. That was the point where this RW propaganda machine solidified. The public reacted- faster but simplistically- in electing the cowboy movie star and pretending for 2 terms, even when a child could understand Reagan was not all there. Public reaction? Oil man- John Wayne- Papa Bush. The point is Papa Bush with his CIA connections turned out to be the training ground for the nutcases he apparently liked- Rumsfeld et al of PNAC infamy. The public love for fantasy seems endless. But the TV/msm media is definitely putting up these fantasies without scrutiny or honest-brokering. In that sense, Cafferty is okay by me.

11. Blitzer ought to have the 4 or 5 minute segment, with Cafferty hosting.

He may be an admitted ex kool-aid drinker, but I think he did a pretty good job covering the last administration at least in the time given. Plus I just like his no bs style.
