Yeah, the ultimate question on Harman is: where does her loyalty lie---district voters, Democratic party, Republican party, Bush cabal, AIPAC (Israeli government)?

AIPAC (Israeli government) is my conclusion.

When she loses her CA re-election bid, she could go live in Israel and run for the Knesset where she'll have no trouble fitting in.
