It's up to the people to raise discussion and awareness and rationally explain WHY waiting is the best and who benefits by waiting and being true to one's partner. We are a society, but it's still up to each of us to do our part.

Abstinence only programs result in more pregnancies. Sex education should be based in the REAL world, where young people sometimes have sex, regardless of what they're told. All the options should be made available.
