Without health reform, businesses’ costs will continue to increase, families’ out-of-pocket costs will rise, and American workers will not receive the health care they need to be healthy.

2. Note that the cost of the actual service (health care) does not rise.
The insurance co. raises the costs of coverage to its policy holders solely to maintain its already substantial profitability.
