Since the very day that it was formed the American financial system of banks, brokers, and Wall Street traders has been plagued with scandals. But from every scandal that broke, we got a new set of laws and regulations that were supposed to fix these problems. Well, given the number of scandals that have emerged over the last few years, I'd say its time for a complete overhaul of this system.
