I post this because this is the kind of summary that most people see

Malpractice malpractice malpractice (which makes up less than 1% of medical costs in the US) Tapper is just catapulting an AMA fake talking point

Notice how "several people booed" while the line about "increasing competition" was clearing applauded. The whole speech was very well received (I thought). And yes Tapper says "the Democrat plan"-aside from the Democrat line he is talking about ONE plan currently on the Hill, there are several.
