Looks like they all had a good time at the summit.

From a post by Demoleft from Italy....the broadcast was not carried on the French news. It was carried in Italy. I hear it was in other countries. May be covered in France by now.

"I don't trust and I don't believe Sarko. I know these kind of politicians: when they want to be so strongly in control of the media they're up to something.

Le Monde said there's a video of Sarko on G8 that was broadcasted in Belgium but not it France, where President Sarko appeared a little bit...altered! You know, he doesn't drink. But some say the orange juice he was served during the meeting with Putin was blended with Vodka!
It was on June, 7. The youtube video is available at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=We2Tb6Ws_I4

Really funny...what's not fun in it is: why was it not broadcasted in France?!

3. Thank you, Madfloridian. The video deserved a look!
The related Le Monde article is at http://www.lemonde.fr/web/article/0,1-0@2-3220,36-921248@51-912509,0.html

If my French is good enough, they say a Belgian Tv did not hesitate to carry this short Sarkozy show which, on the contrary, the French TV ignored.
The speaker introducing the video seems to say it wasn't only water what Sarko had drunk!
As it is confirmed by the images!

I must say, as far as I know, that we hadn't notice of that in Italy either.
Which leads us to the same old core of the matter: there's a reason why leaders try to put the Internet under control:

it's free. :argh:

Ciao & grazie
