1. I assume this soldier is refusing any veterans benefits?
It's amazing that he is covered, but doesn't want anyone else covered.

5. According to boy genius's definition of the powers of Congress, the VA would be unconstitutional.
Air traffic controllers, public schools, the interstate highway system (Article I only covers "postal roads"), the National Institutes of Health, NASA, Social Security, Medicare, etc. would ALL be unconstitutional.

6. Unless he's a reservist
He's a member of a standing army.

What does it say about a standing army in the Constitution, grunt?

Huh?

I say we bring him on charges of violating his oath.

And no fair trial, either.

What does it say about a fair trial in the Constitution, grunt?
