1. One of their points seems a little crazy

...namely number five, "We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty", only because I can't believe any state's seriously considering seceding from the union.

But the others are constitutional issues that we'd hope our law enforcement and military would take seriously, no matter who's in office. (Provided that they're not doing something stupid like enabling convicted felons to keep firearms, in which case they should be fired for not doing their damned jobs...)

Only other criticism I'd make is their timing -- obviously to sane people, we're not slipping into tyranny because a Democrat is president. And where were they during the Bush years?
