8. Yes, a man whom the slummiest lawyers hold in contempt...
A man who lies and distorts with every breath he can muster. An unethical, amoral, bigoted, venom-spewing whack-job. He's even reviled among conservatives.

Too bad the Michael Savages of this world always seem to land on their feet.

2. Good news! I expect that Liberal KKGN had an effect on KGO's mind change
What most people don't know about Michael Savage is that he has a long history of being a Gay bashing but closet homosexual. Not just talking about Alan Ginsburg here either though I suppose he would roll in his grave to see what Michael The Weiner is doing now.

The fact is that Michael Savage's Conservatism is a joke. He has had regular sexual relations with a famous personality in L/A for decades. I won't out that guy of course because he's a nice person and for privacy issues.

Savage also has a long association with recreational drug use. IOW I know where he gets his meth and other chems from too. This is not a brag share. I have actually talked with Savage's bedfellow (a man of considerable stature in the entertainment field).

The important thing really is that S/F has dumped the asswhole. And our friends over at KKGN can take some credit. Both under the wing of Clear Channel, apparently C/Channel has decided it isn't appropriate to carry a nutcase like Savage on the air. If only because he's a money loser.

7. OK, So tell me how this "nice guy" "famous personality" could sleep with a slimeball like Savage?
Edited on Fri Sep-11-09 12:21 PM by BREMPRO
I'm skeptical of your claims. Why would a this LA guy risk his career being sexually associated with Savage? This sounds suspiciously like rumor started by his critics. Savage is a total lying nutball, a national seditious disgrace, and I'm glad he's gone but i've never heard any evidence that Savage is gay or a drug user. More details please.

13. "Not just talking about Alan Ginsburg here either though...." Ginsberg was a closeted gay-basher???
What/who on Earth are you talking about? I ggogled your spelling and came up short as to an "Alan Ginsburg"... you certainly aren't talking about the openly gay poet of the '60's, are you?

15. Just wow..
Savage began his radio career on KGO (a San Francisco news/talk radio station) as a fill-in host for the liberal Ray Taliaferro.

Talk about two TOTALLY OPPOSITE PERSONALTIES!

ILLEGAL under the Patriot Act due to content espousing the overthrow of our government?

12. Free speech is okay.
It's in a lot better shape than it was under Bush. I think this was more a matter of what the people wanted to discontinue to hear.

9. Maybe the "mighty wall of shit" is starting to crumble?
I know the propaganda network will NEVER drop it's clowns, cause it DOESN'T CARE that sponsors are pulling the plug on their chief clown...but the other networks are starting to add up the pennies, and these butt holes are LOSERS, especially if the sponsors are pulling out to keep the shit off their breasts.

Ever drive across this country? Jesus have mercy on us. The limpballs, vannity's, savages are sometimes in as many as three or four stations at ONE TIME, and not a voice of reason to be heard ANYWHERE. Is this really what makes us a strong nation?...these fools spewing their twisted lies and hate across our airwaves.

It's depressing to look for a talk radio "of reason" anywhere. I have driven from Portland, OR to Newport News, VA; from Laredo, TX to Portland, OR by different routes several times...and MOST often, you can get at least one, and sometimes as many as three or four radio broadcasts of the same right wing clown poisoning the minds of the hillbillies across this once great nation.

We are a nation of f*cking morons, and this is ONE STRONG REASON WHY!! There's poison in the drinking water.

11. Somebody hurry
Find Savage some drugs he's gonna need all he can get. Savage lost it because Limbaugh didn't have his back when he was barred from
Britain. Now Flagship has dropped him. Put a "Rush" on those drugs.

21. The station replaced Savage with another right-wing radio show
According to the San Francisco Chronicle:

Savage is being replaced during the 3-7 p.m. drive-time slot by John and Ken, conservative-leaning Southern California talk-show hosts whose full names are John Kobylt and Ken Chiampou.

And don't forget that Glenn Beck (who called President Obama "racist" and frequently smears Democrats and progressives) is the lead-in to John and Ken!

23. John and Ken aren't as bad
As Weiner. LOL! They are more stories of the day, with some facts, and some gibberish thrown in. They don't spew as much hate as Weiner. They are are pro gay, they make fun of Reverend Phelps and his crew, they believed Scott Peterson was guilty. They lean right, but they can be funny and informative at times.
