Obviously, the Civil Service employees administering a government plan would have names and faces. What's Hatch's point? Does he think that most Americans have health insurance from a for-profit company but have a palsy-walsy first-name relationship with the people who make decisions there?
Oh, but wait, the problem according to Hatch is "nameless, faceless bureaucrats coming between you and your doctor". Well, that sounds like a good description of what happens NOW.
Can't these turkeys at least update their briefing books, and find some new lies to tell?

Probably has a palsy walsh relationship with plenty of people at the insurance companies,namely the execs and lobbyists. Hell, he probably plays golf with them so he must figure we can all do that. :eyes:
