Ed Schultz & Anthony Weiner discussing Rep. Alan Grayson's floor statement last night and his 'apology' today about the Republican health care plan.

Rep. Weiner questions that the Republicans had the Presidency, the House & the Senate for 6 years and did exactly what to sort out the Health Care crisis?

Nice to see that he's still optimistic about a strong Public Option making it through. Also, at the end he fully backs Rep Grayson and finishes by saying that "the Republican Party are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Insurance Industry".

Looks like the gloves aren't coming off, they are off!

3. Right. All they care about is doing the bidding of their corporate masters. Everything else is a
smokescreen.

4. Does Anyone Think The Dems Are Not Performing On This Issue?
I can't help thinking that with the political capital Dems had going in, this smells like failure. Does anyone really think we'll get public option out of this mess? I mean a REAL public option (forget about the most logical thing-the expansion of Medicare. We fucked that up right out oft the gate.) Why do we accept such lowered goals?
