1. Moral Relativism:
1) Moron in ridiculous pimp getup gets some low-level ACORN employees to advise on illegal activities (after several unreported previous attempts failed)

2) Multi-billion $ defense contractor- of which the previous administration's VP was a board member- has a recurrent problem with female employees being drugged and gang raped, and conveniently has a clause in their employment contract which prevents the victims from taking legal action.

Which one of these sounds like a major scandal? Anyone from Fox "news" want to answer that?

3. Why can't we hear about this
in the M$M? The M$M has been harping on about ACORN 24/7.

5. I wonder how much money in federal contracts KBR continues to
receive despite this and many other cases of fraud and abuse. KBR also is responsible for the electrocution of US troops due to faulty wiring done by KBR.

9. Not to mention the rotten fruit and shower water that smells like sewage covered with clorox bleach.
I've seen it myself while I was deployed in Iraq.

11. Full Circle:
Just to wrap things into a nice little package, here is a clip of Billo the Clown and Laura Ingraham suggesting that Al Franken got elected through ACORN-enabled election fraud: http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=385x381524

19. More like immoral relativism to me.
Arbitration should be used for contractual enforcement, not criminal actions, or the resulting civil suits.

I want to see republicans stand against legislation like this. It will indeed show their true colors when it comes to women's issues.

I want Congress to render ALL mandatory arbitration in employment-and-consumer contracts null-and-void.

29. he's proving his worth every day- like a seasoned Senate veteran
He gave an idea to Rockefeller for an amendment to require insurance companies to spend 90% of our premiums on health care- brilliant strategy! if the blue-dogs vote against it they can't deny they are looking out for the insurance co's rather than the American people. A clever trap- thanks to AL. he also took on a crowd of teabaggers and talked them down to earth. Every day he comes to work, he makes a mark. Thank you MN for voting him in!

30. This young woman
has been severely traumatized, and I wish her and her family the best possible outcome. I admire Al for bringing this to our attention and for recognizing the (Repub.) Congressman who has apparently assisted in some measure.

32. Academic question: where the hell is Kay Bailey Hutchison?
I'll tell you where: snugly in the pocket of KBR. One might imagine that this case would be properly handled in the Senate by the plaintiff's own senator, but I guess not. Even Ted Poe, who is a reactionary and then some was outraged by this case. Both senators from Texas are worthless.

Al Franken is a smart and decent human being.

33. Defund the bastards! BTW click on the YouTube link to help build up the view count
From my experience of uploading vids to YouTube the views of embedded videos don't count, for some strange reason.

Thanks for posting, deomcracy1st!
