The US Supreme is currently considering a case that would expand the rights of individuals to corporations. The case in question pertains to political campaign contributions, but expanding the same rights guaranteed to people could open the door for some prosecutions for corporate executives who ignore the law and behave like a psychopathic entity. Mike Papantonio tells us what the Supreme Court SHOULD do, but as always, is very likely to deliver for us.
