1. still don't have equal rights and work harder for less
Interesting ERA never passed and women never got equal rights - they got all the downsides that were in the ads against ERA - So, women increased earning power for families so now it takes two salaries to own a home while back in the 60's it only cost one salary - so we work harder and have less

2. Yup.
We got unisex toilets, but we still aren't equal.
