'In a stunning turn of events on Oct 18's US Senate debate in Billings, Montana, sitting US Senator "Krazy" Conrad Burns tells the audience that President Bush has a secret "plan" to win the war in Iraq but can't tell Americans about it because its a secret. "He says our President don't have a plan. I think he's got one. But he's not gonna tell everybody in the whole world!" Krazy Konrad's remarks are met with laughter from the audience, and his opponent Jon Tester reubts. The obvious observation is that even if Bush had a plan it sure isn't...'
